1. Parties and scope

These terms are agreed between Aymez Teknoloji (Adliyelik) and the natural or legal person using the platform (the “User”). Visiting the platform, creating an account, asking a question or writing an answer means you accept them. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Notice.

2. Definitions

  • Client: a user who asks a legal question, buys an answer or buys an article.
  • Lawyer: a user whose bar registration has been verified and who answers questions and publishes articles.
  • Question: legal content submitted by a client for publication on the platform. It may be free or paid.
  • Response time (SLA): the maximum time a lawyer has to answer a paid question. The current window is shown on the question screen and at the payment step.
  • Commission (platform share): the share the platform keeps from the lawyer’s earnings as its service fee on paid transactions; it is never charged to the paying user on top.

3. Account and membership

  • To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential; actions taken through your account are deemed to be yours.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and tell us. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
  • One person may hold one account. The owner of a suspended account may not open a new one.
  • You may delete your account from your dashboard at any time; financial records continue to be retained as required by law.

4. Our role — we do not provide legal representation

Adliyelik is an intermediary service provider. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, does not conduct litigation, does not create an attorney engagement and does not review the legal substance of the answers lawyers give.

  • Answers on the platform are general information; they are opinions given without knowing every detail of your matter.
  • Asking a question or receiving an answer does not create a lawyer–client relationship; representation arises only under a separate agreement between the parties.
  • Answers cannot be the sole basis for decisions about litigation, deadlines, objections or applications. Where limitation periods apply, consult a lawyer without delay.
  • Content shared on the platform falls within the lawyer's professional responsibility; the lawyer who writes an answer is responsible for its accuracy.

5. Asking questions and answers

  • Questions pass through automated moderation and, where necessary, human review before publication; questions that break the rules are not published.
  • Your question is published publicly. Do not include information that identifies you (name, address, case or ID numbers) in the text.
  • Several lawyers may answer a single question. The client may mark one answer as the “accepted answer”.
  • For paid questions, accepting an answer releases the payment to the lawyer and cannot be undone.
  • No response time is guaranteed for free questions; they may receive no answer at all.

6. Paid questions and response time

  • You set the amount for a paid question; the question is not opened to lawyers until payment is taken.
  • Once payment completes, the question enters the priority queue and the response time (SLA) counter starts. The remaining time is shown on the question screen.
  • If no answer arrives in time you are notified and may request a refund; where platform settings allow, the refund starts automatically.
  • The platform’s share is set aside from the payment when the lawyer’s earnings are calculated; it is not added to what you pay. The remainder is credited to the lawyer’s balance and paid out on request.
  • No duplicate payment is taken for the same question; the payment infrastructure treats repeated requests as a single transaction.

7. Payment, withdrawal and refunds

  • Payments are taken through a licensed payment institution; your card details are never stored on the platform.
  • Amounts are shown in the currency of the item purchased (as a rule Turkish lira) and include taxes; approximate equivalents in other currencies are for information only.
  • For a paid question, if no answer arrives within the response time, once it has passed you can request a full refund with the “Request Refund” button on your question page; if the platform setting is on, the refund starts automatically. Closing the question or giving up before an answer arrives does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
  • When an answer is removed for breaking the rules, the platform assesses separately whether a refund is due; removal of an answer does not trigger a refund by itself.
  • No refund is given for an accepted answer merely because you are dissatisfied with its content; you may use the reporting mechanism instead.
  • Because the services start being performed as soon as payment is confirmed, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under Art. 15/1-ğ and h of the Distance Contracts Regulation; you are informed of this before payment through the Pre-contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, and your explicit consent is obtained.
  • Refunds reach the original payment method, depending on the bank, usually within 3–10 business days.

8. Articles and subscriptions

  • Lawyers may publish free or paid articles. The price of a paid article is shown before purchase; that price is what you pay, and the platform’s share comes out of the author’s earnings.
  • You have permanent access to a purchased article from your library; access is preserved even if the article is later unpublished.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You are notified before renewal and can cancel from your dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the fee for a period that has begun is not refunded.
  • On plan upgrades the remaining time is prorated and offset.

9. Content rules and moderation

The following content is prohibited on the platform:

  • Posts containing insults, threats, hate speech, harassment or discrimination.
  • Content disclosing the personal data of third parties without their consent.
  • Requests that encourage crime, seek to destroy evidence or facilitate an unlawful act.
  • Advertising, spam, chain referrals and directing payments outside the platform.
  • Copying someone else's text without permission.
  • Posts that breach confidentiality in ongoing proceedings or harm personal rights.

Content that breaks the rules is not published or is removed; repeat breaches may lead to account suspension. The reasons for decisions are communicated to the user and may be appealed.

10. Obligations of lawyer users

  • You must evidence your bar registration and keep your details current; accounts whose bar registration is not verified cannot answer any question, publish or sell articles, or request payouts. Articles of an account whose verification lapses are removed from public listings; buyers keep access to articles they have purchased.
  • Complying with the Attorneyship Law no. 1136 and the Union of Turkish Bar Associations advertising rules is your responsibility; profile and article texts may not be advertising.
  • Professional secrecy and client confidentiality apply on the platform as well; you may not share information from another matter.
  • You should not answer a question where a conflict of interest exists.
  • You are responsible for the legal substance and currency of your answers.
  • Payouts are made on request to the account you provide, without prejudice to your tax obligations.

11. Intellectual property

You own the rights to the questions, answers and articles you write. By publishing them on the platform you grant Adliyelik a perpetual, royalty-free, non-transferable licence to display, reproduce, list in search results and quote the content for promotional purposes on the platform. The platform's software, interface design, logo and brand belong to Aymez Teknoloji

12. Limitation of liability

  • The platform is provided “as is”; uninterrupted and error-free operation is not guaranteed.
  • The platform gives no warranty as to the accuracy, currency or suitability of lawyers' answers for your specific matter; responsibility lies with the answering lawyer.
  • In any event the platform's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction in dispute.
  • This limitation does not affect liability for intent or gross negligence, nor the mandatory provisions of consumer law.

13. Suspension and termination

If you breach these terms or the law, your account may be suspended or closed after a warning, or directly in the case of serious breaches. Suspension does not change the refund conditions of your pending paid questions; refund requests for questions that received no answer within the response time are handled by the support team. You may also end this agreement at any time by closing your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

Turkish law applies to these terms. For transactions you make as a consumer, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence has jurisdiction according to the monetary thresholds. For other disputes the Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-app notification before they take effect; if you do not accept a change you may close your account. For questions, write to info@aymez.com.
